- Home is not 420 friendly/No drugs of any kind on premises (includes all indoor & outdoor spaces).
- Smoking allowed only in designated areas located in the game yard 10 feet away from all doors.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo ID Age Verification & Rental Agreement required for all reservations.
