This new villa is located at The Point at Tamarindo Preserve. You are just a few minutes walk from 2 private gates exiting to 2 different beaches : Tamarindo and Langosta , excellent surfing conditions, great restaurants , beach clubs and supermarkets . Sunsets from The Point are some of the most spectacular you will see anywhere.
This home can accommodate 8 people very comfortably, additional queen size sofa available adding 2 more spaces and making it a 10 people rental, very safe and private location. High speed internet, ADT security , cable service on all televisions.

You will also have full concierge service to help you with the vast array of activities in the area. William will be available to help you with any questions you might have.

At an additional fee we can provide : maid service, chef service , masseuse .

We can arrange for pick up and drop off at the airport ( additional fee)

This room is separated from bedroom 2 and 3 , for great privacy.

BEDROOM 2 ; 1 QUEEN SIZE BED. ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower, television , air conditioning , ceiling fan, great closet space.

BEDROOM 3 : 1 QUEEN BED, BUNK BED WITH DOUBLE BED LOWER AND SINGLE BED ON TOP. ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower , air conditioning , ceiling fan , great closet space.

DINING AND FAMILY ROOM : has custom made table and chairs , great sofas , 2 air conditionings, ceiling fan , big sliding doors towards the pool area, also mesh doors in case you prefer them

OUTDOOR SPACE ; custom made dining table and chairs , alongside a very comfortable sofa set., double set of ceiling fans.

AMENITIES:

WELCOME KIT INCLUDES: coffee, sugar, milk, bottle of water, toilet paper( 1 x bathroom), cooking oil, salt and pepper. To make your arrival a bit more relax.
