Please note that there is another villa on the property where the owners live.

A rental contract will be drawn up and signed before your arrival by mail or by post at your convenience. This contract will include the rules set up on Airbnb.

An inventory of fixtures and an inventory will be made on arrival and on leaving the premises with photos and videos of the accommodation signed by both parties (tenants and agent).

The cleaning costs are to be given on arrival to the person who will come to welcome you in the amount of 200 €.
A deposit of 1500€ will be requested on arrival by check or cash at your convenience and will be returned on departure if no damage is found.

The housework must be done at the end of the stay, that is to say the following points:
- Bathroom returned in a correct state as at the arrival in the places.
- Kitchen clean (dishes put away and cleaned, garbage cans taken out, household appliances cleaned, food thrown away)
- Remove the sheets from the beds and put everything in a corner, making it in a normal state of use and recoverable for cleaning.
The floors, windows, dust to be excluded from the cleaning, a cleaning company will pass at the end of your stay.

We ask for your respect for the people who come to clean after you...

In case the accommodation is returned dirty we will charge you 160€ at the end of your stay.

Parties are forbidden in the accommodation for the respect of the neighbors.

No smoking inside the house but accepted in the garden on condition that you throw your cigarette butts in the ashtrays.
