Newly renovated in the fall of 2020, this vacation home has it all and then some. The large kitchen with a gas stove, modern appliances, a pantry, tons of storage space and a beautiful view of the intersecting canals behind the house - and that’s just the kitchen. Upon venturing further into the home you have a large master bedroom with en suite bath, 50" Smart TV, walk in closet and again – that view. You will also be able to step directly out to the pool area if you wish. The other side of the house boasts another two guest rooms. One with a king size bed (coming in mid. November 2020), TV and nice sized closet. And an even bigger one with a queen size bed, large 50" Smart TV, separate sitting area with a dresser, closet, another TV, direct access to the pool area again and of course - the view.
Just want to relax, chill out and enjoy your favorite sports game, cooking show or any other show or movie? The living room holds a 75" smart TV for just such an occasion. And what else does the living room have to offer? You guessed it, one heck of a view! For even more fun there is foosball table in the office space and of course free WiFi throughout the house. Now let's go outside, to what can only be described as paradise. A large pool to play or swim in, a spa to sit and relax in and all of that surrounded by a large pool area to enjoy the sunshine. You can also escape into the shade of the covered lanai. You’re a boater and want to do more than just enjoy the view of the intersecting canals? Done! The Tropical Breeze has its own, private boats dock and renting a boat to enjoy is made easy, with our very own boat rental company.
