"The Birds Nest" Villa is a stunning property made up of a 2 bed 2 bath home (Cas di Warawara) and a separate 1 bed 1 bath home (Cas di Troupial) and accommodates 8 people. The massive outdoor space is complete with a new pool and picnic area. It is located in the Washington area of Noord, Aruba. The entire property is gated and surrounded by concrete and limestone walls ensuring total privacy.

Cas di Warawara: The Master bedroom features queen size bed, full wall closets, en suite bathroom, and television. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds along with a wardrobe for storage. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans and air conditioning. Each bathroom has on-demand hot water showers. Upon entering the house you are in an open floor plan living room with seating for up to 6 persons and Cable TV/WiFi. The living area leads to a full kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave along with bar seating for dining. This home is designed to take advantage of Aruba's amazing breezes, with "Dutch" style doors in the living and kitchen areas, however, the entire property is fully air-conditioned.

Cas di Troupial: The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, and ample closet and drawer space. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan, TV, and air conditioning. The bathroom has an on-demand hot water shower. Upon entering the house you are in an open floor plan living room with seating for up to 4 persons, a queen-size sofa bed, and Cable TV/WiFi. The living area leads to a full kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave along with bar seating as well as a table and chairs for dining. This home is designed to take advantage of Aruba's amazing breezes, with "Dutch" style doors in the living and kitchen areas, however, the entire property is fully air-conditioned. When you enter the backyard, you enter a beautiful tropical oasis. There is a large 18 sq. meter inground pool (shared) with a lounge area for sunning, a relaxing covered porch with a seating area to get out of the sun, a BBQ and outdoor eating area, as well as an outdoor shower.

Privacy abounds, as this lovely home is surrounded by a concrete wall fence on 3 sides, and a concrete and iron gate fence in the front. The back garden also has mature tropical landscaping to provide you with even more of a private tropical getaway experience!

​All linens, towels, pool supplies, beach/pool towels, beginning toiletries, and paper supplies are provided. Cribs and rollaway beds are available at an additional cost of $10/Night each.

Bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival require full payment.

Cancellations will go into effect as of the date that written notice is received by Bon Casita Vacation Rentals.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations made between 60 – 31 days will forfeit 50% of funds paid and will receive a 50% refund of funds paid. Any cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior will forfeit 75% of any funds paid and will receive a 25% refund of funds paid. Any cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival are not entitled to a refund and will not retain any credit.
A guest has the option to retain their refund with Bon Casita Vacation Rentals as a Guest Credit for use up to 1 (one) year from the original reservation.
All reservations may receive a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of initial booking.
