Moniris is a beautiful Provençal villa, ideally located between the countryside and the sea, with a garden of 2,200 m2 landscaped with Mediterranean species - palm trees, cicas, oleander, bougainvillea, orange trees, lemon trees - located in a residential area of La Crau “Les Martins, Vallon du Soleil", close to the most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur, Hyères and its Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, le Levant), Bandol, Sanary, Bormes les Mimosas, Le Lavandou, St Tropez Cassis.
The Villa is air-conditioned with every comfort and careful services. It can accommodate up to 8 people (including a child up to 10 years old and a baby up to 1 year old). It offers 3 beautiful bedrooms with their private bathroom, with toiletries provided, spread over a ground floor and a turret on the 1st floor. 3 bedrooms offer Queen beds 160cmx200cm, a sofa bed for a child up to 10 years old for the 3rd bedroom.
A travel cot (sheets provided by you) and high chair for babies are also available on request.
The central part of the Villa is its swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy all your meals while admiring the Azure blue of the sky!
The swimming pool is made safe for children by a sliding swimming pool shelter. This swimming pool shelter naturally heats the water allowing you to pleasantly enjoy the swimming pool from April to early November depending on the weather.
Deckchairs, parasol, tables, garden chairs and barbecue are available. Private parking spaces for several vehicles, enclosed grounds with automatic gate.
