There are both internal & external stairs to the first floor. For winter weeks the house is heated with a wood burner in the first floor lounge.
The main sun terrace is paved in the classic local Bosa stone and offers an extensive area for sun bathing and relaxing with the separate lower spa terrace and BBQ with good range of furniture.
Last summer an outside cooking/bar was added to the BBQ area, which has 4 burner gas hob, single drainer sink and fridge with a large tiled top for outside eating and drinking.
