Villa Robini is situated in the heart of Piedmont, amidst the vineyards with magnificent views of the Alps and the medieval town of Canelli.
The century-old stone house is full of fine details, original stone walls, exposed wooden beams and classic vaulted ceilings. The villa and pool area, opened in May 2023 after a complete renovation that respected UNESCO conventions and Piedmont's beautiful nature and culture. The style of the 400m² villa is a blend of Nordic design classics, complemented by classic Italian architecture. The villa is 360° surrounded by vineyards, where winding roads lead to the local towns of Santo Stefano Belbo and Canelli, just 3 and 5 km away. Within a 25-40 minute drive are the world famous wine towns of Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera, Dolcetto, Moscato, Asti and Alba. The charming old city of Turin is an hour's drive away and the fabulous capital of fashion, Milan, is just 1.5 hours away.

The spacious villa is surrounded by fantastic outdoor spaces that invite you to have fun on the boccia court, get active in the gym and yoga room or be adventurous on the beautiful walking and cycling routes that surround the area. Sun worshippers can relax on the deck by the large saltwater pool (12x5m) and enjoy the views over Piedmont's wine country, or seek shade under the pergola with your favourite book if it gets too hot.
Gourmets can create their Italian feast in the 40 square metre modern kitchen and dining room, based on the delicious local food products bought at the local markets. The well equipped designer kitchen comes with a brand new professional ‘Ilve’ stove (2 ovens & 6 gas burners) and the most beautiful views of the valley... while you cook.
From the kitchen you have direct access to the large 40m² terrace with seating for 18-20 guests and a large gas barbecue. Or relax in the cosy courtyard with its beautiful bamboo lounge furniture and enjoy a glass of wine under the iconic olive tree as the sun sets.
Inside, the large, bright living room has both a comfortable sofa group and a lounge area in front of the wood-burning stove. Whatever the weather or time of year, Villa Robini always has a cosy corner to make you feel relaxed and happy.
The villa has 6 beautiful bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilets. Each room is decorated with a love of Nordic design, hand-picked wooden furniture with a history, beautiful lamps and delicate soft tones to make you feel at ease in the Italian breeze.
Three rooms have twin beds, so they can be separated. The other three rooms have king size beds. All beds have new down duvets and pillows. All rooms have access to a terrace or balcony with stunning views. 2 rooms have air conditioning.
All in all, Villa Robini has plenty of space so that we can be together without compromising on privacy. This was our ultimate dream, when we restored this amazing ruin in to a precious vineyard version 2023.
