Benim Koy consists of 16 x A-Frame Bungalows with garden views and one stone built Villa - Sait Baba, and offers free Wi-Fi and parking. Benim Koy can accommodate a maximum of 70 people.
In the centre of the Benim Koy complex is a 30-metre kidney shaped communal pool which has a sun terrace along with sun beds and a lovely eating area, which is for your enjoyment. There is a restaurant - Baran’s Kitchen, where our chefs will be happy to pamper you with Turkish cuisine prepared with love, and also a non-alcoholic bar serving hand-made drinks and a variety of ice creams. A Turkish Breakfast plate is provided daily for every one.
For the little ones, there is a children’s play area and a little wooden house for them to play in.
The 16 x A-Frame Bungalows are made of natural hypoallergenic wood - sleeping a maximum of 4 people, each with two bedrooms, 1 x double (upstairs) and on the ground floor is 1 x twin bedded room, bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. Every bungalow has its own pool, with privacy screens, private terrace/veranda with a table and bench seat along with a one-seater garden swing.
Sait Baba, a stone built villa, is built in such a way that there are two apartments, one with two bedrooms and the other with one double bedroom (this can be made into two single beds), ensuring that there is enough room for one party of up to 6 people to share. The villa is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven, that is open plan to the lounge/dining area where there are sofas and a dining table plus six chairs. There are two bedrooms - 1 x twin room with family bathroom next to it and 1 x double room en-suite in the first floor area.
Sait Baba has two terraces, one for each apartment, however the terrace on the first floor has its own private pool with screens for privacy so is suitable for our more conservative guests. Both terraces have a covered area with tables and chairs, along with outdoor seating and sun loungers.
In all the properties free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and TV are there to compliment your stay.
There is a £40 charge for guests arriving after 8pm, unless they are being collected by our airport transfer service, this to be paid in advance of arrival at the property.
