The villa is suitable for large groups who want to spend an unforgettable holiday together.
You will find large, totally private spaces such as the garden with spectacular views of the Gulf of Castellammare, a large parking area for your cars, a large veranda, a spacious barbecue area with a gas cooking corner where there is a long table with a number of chairs enough for all the people in the accommodation. Beyond the barbecue area you will find a comfortable shower and a sink. The villa is very comfortable and even inside and is divided into three floors. On the lower floor, accessible
from the living room through a staircase, you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a single bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed, a living room furnished with a table, chairs and a double sofa bed and a kitchen with a gas cooking corner. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms that overlook a veranda with spectacular sea views and a bathroom. On the back of the villa there is a dependance accessible via a staircase with a dozen steps where you can find a bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which have a shower
and one with a bathtub.

The villa is a stone’s throw from the “Faraglioni di Scopello”, which have become famous because of some scenes shot for the set of the film “Ocean Eleven”. From the villa it is possible to reach “Cala Baialuce”, “Calamazzo di Sciacca” and Punta Pispisa, spectacular beaches that will leave you breathless.
A few kilometers away from the Villa it is possible to reach the entrance of the spectacular “Riserva Orientata dello Zingaro”.om the villa it is possible to walk to the village of Scopello via a path or by car for about 2 kilometers. Here you can taste the delicious “Pani Cunzatu”, a typical Sicilian food made from bread, which is prepared with sourdough and then seasoned with oil, salt, tomato and anchovies.
The highway for all directions (Trapani, Palermo) is about 10 kilometers from the villa and will allow you to visit the best places
distant few tens of kilometers such as Trapani, Marsala, Palermo, Agrigento.
