The entire villa has hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating.
The villa's outdoor area is characterised by a perfectly maintained garden with huge trees, under whose shade you can enjoy endless moments of relaxation. It has a private pool heated from November to April, with plenty of space for all the guests of this villa, who can also relax on the sun loungers provided.
