Lovely in any season, this welcoming home is ideal for a winter getaway or quiet artist’s retreat.

LIVING AREA

Unwind in the living room, complete with a couch, two armchairs, and desk area for two. A Roku-equipped smart TV awaits for at-home movie nights, or access Amazon Prime to keep up with your favorite shows. The gas fireplace adds a warm and welcoming ambience.

KITCHEN & DINING

Release your inner chef in the gleaming kitchen, where helpful appliances include a gas stove and motion-activated faucet. Sip morning coffee at a bistro table for two. An electric fireplace sets the mood in the dining room, where a table seats six.

BED & BATH

This cottage sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms, each appointed with hotel-quality linens. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a Roku-equipped smart TV.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The newly renovated bathroom has shiplap paneling, nautical decor, and a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Stretch out on the hammock in the front yard, or enjoy a crisp drink on the back deck as dinner sizzles on the gas grill. An umbrella-shaded table seats four.

Play games in the fenced backyard, and when dinner is ready, dine alfresco at a table for six. An additional table seats three. Then gather everyone around the wood-burning firepit and roast marshmallows as the stars come out.

A luxurious, heated outdoor shower is perfect after a fun-filled day at the beach.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a Pack ‘n Play, board games, children’s toys and books, and beach gear (toys, chairs, and an umbrella). Driveway parking is available for four cars. In season, there are window unit air conditioners in each bedroom and in the living room. This home is fully winterized and heated with natural gas baseboard heating. This rental does not have a dishwasher.

THE LOCATION

Lauch your kayaks or paddle boards into the calm waters of Mill Creek at Grist Mill Beach (a 2-minute walk) and float the short, scenic journey out to Lewis Bay. Walk 8 minutes to the sandy beach at the end of Baxter Avenue, where you can take in expansive views of Lewis Bay and dip in some of the warmest water on the Cape.

Play a round of mini-golf at Putter’s Paradise (an 8-minute walk), or explore the shops, museums and eateries along Main Street in Hyannis (a 7-minute walk).

Head to the Hyannis Cruise Terminal (1.5 miles) to hop on a ferry for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket Island.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the circular driveway in front of the house.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
