At SeaDragon, you’re a five-minute walk from the quiet swimming cove called Old Wharf. This contemporary Asian-inspired retreat comes with three ensuite bedrooms, an open great room with adjoining powder room and lots of outdoor deck space with dramatic views of the Santa Cruz mountains and the rolling Pedro Plains.

The Zen-like experience begins when you enter through the gates into our half-acre garden, which includes year-round outdoor dining under the shade of the indigenous lignum vitae tree. Soft breezes from the nearby Great Pond follow you inside through the wide custom-carved moon door and oversized windows.

There are two stories of furnished balcony space, including an outdoor shower, a tile SeaDragon mosaic and a private balcony for the second-floor master bedroom. The rooftop offers vistas of the surrounding mountains and Great Pond.

SeaDragon comes with a manager who will arrange all transfers, excursions and activities, and a full time housekeeper-cook who will create locally inspired dishes with ingredients sourced from nearby farms. To ensure maximum comfort and flexibility for our guests, two of the bedrooms are set up with king-size beds that can be converted to twins; the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The main floor powder room and decks are set up for entertaining; water is solar-heated and all bedrooms have A/C.
