You will be staying in a spacious 7-room villa that spans across two levels and covers an area of 230 square meters. The villa offers comfortable and tastefully decorated living spaces, including a living room with an open-hearth fireplace and a satellite TV (flat screen) with a DVD player. The living room provides direct access to the patio. There are two double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The well-appointed kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, six gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven, along with a dining table. The kitchen also has an exit leading to the patio.

On the upper floor, you will find one double bedroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed (140 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as a walk-through room with a double bed, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Both rooms on the upper floor offer access to the terrace. There is also a gallery space with a bed and a separate shower, bidet, and toilet area.
