Reachable by plane (international airport of Olbia 45 minutes by car or taxi) and by ferry (port of Olbia and port of Golfo Aranci, both 45 minutes by car) Baja Sea is a completely renovated villa with independent entrance, inserted in a residence surrounded by a large, well-kept green garden. It has its private garden in the front row on the sea with 4 comfortable sun loungers, a spectacular view of the bay and access to the beach via a path of about 100 meters in the Mediterranean scrub thanks to which you can go and return from the beach in a swimsuit if you want it! It is furnished in Costa Smeralda style, making use of local materials, such as granite and juniper and hand-woven Sardinian fabrics, and with great attention to colors and finishes. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with everything you need, from dishes to towels, from the espresso machine to the barbeque, and everything is new and functional. Our guests will find soap, foam bath, shampoo, detergents, tea, coffee, oil, and salt. Baja Sea is very comfortable and, in addition to the kitchen and the small lounge inside, it is equipped with a priceless outdoor space with kitchen and dining table on the patio. You will then be able to cook and dine outdoors enjoying the magnificent view that makes Baja Sea unique. You can also relax on the large sofa on the patio and chat, read or watch television while always being outdoors! The rear patio is equipped with a granite sink where you can rinse and hang your swimwear and beach towels. The washing machine is also located on the rear patio.
In addition, the house has a magnificent solarium.

Quiet and surrounded by nature, Baja Sea has an ideal location: in addition to the beach with pier and rental of pedal boats and rafts 100 meters away, about 200 meters you will find the supermarket, various bars and restaurants within walking distance (on the beach and towards the town) and the center of Baja Sardinia can be reached on foot in about ten minutes.
For those who love nature walks, a path in the Mediterranean maquis unfolds in front of Baja Sea, winding along the coast among the tafoni eroded by the wind, reaching the center.
And for those who love nightlife in summer you can walk to Phi Beach and Ritual, two of the most popular places on the Costa Smeralda!
In autumn Baja Sea is the ideal starting point for excursions inside Sardinia, to visit the archaeological sites of the Nuraghi and participate in the numerous festivals and sagas held in the autumn months, when in Sardinia it is still hot and the sun shines!
In spring Baja Sea is immersed in a riot of flowers, the Mediterranean bush comes alive with colors and scents, if you have not already done so, I warmly recommend you to visit Sardinia in April and May, ideal months for hiking. Alternatively you can rent bicycles, if you wish electric, and explore the Gulf of Arzachena or take the ferry to Palau and turn the Maddalena and Caprera by scooter or electric bicycle, without neglecting a dip in the crystal clear waters and beaches that in this period they will all be for you!
