However, if you need more room, the private balcony garden suite with Queen bed and futon sleep 3 accessible through the indoor hallway for a large family OR access through outdoor private staircase entrance by the garden area. Only the side yard garden area is shared BUT not the backyard/jacuzzi/patio/bbq … you’ll have your own resort backyard.

This’s a Non-Smoking, No drugs, No Pets, No hosting party to outsiders other than house guests or without prior approval. NO beer cans/cigarettes/broken liquor bottles/charcoals/trash/etc. littering at the property, there will be a fine. There are outdoor security surveillance cameras.
