The private swimming pool for the sole use of guests is 8m by 4m with a depth of 1 m at the shallow end and 1.7 m at the deep end. There is a seating area adjacent to the pool - sun loungers and pool games stored in adjacent pool room. The pool area is fenced with access via locked gate for the safety of children.
The living area, consists of dining area with dining table and chairs, seating area with sofas and smart TV and additional living area with desk space .
The kitchen is well equipped with Fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave , electric oven and induction hob, coffee maker, toaster.
There are 3 double bedrooms with king size beds . All these rooms are en suite with WC and walk in showers. These rooms have air conditioning.
The 2 downstairs rooms have direct access to the rear garden either via glazed door or French window.
The upstairs bedroom has an enclosed balcony with seating area.

We are working to be as eco friendly as we can and are making the switch to eco friendly cleaning and laundry products. To minimise the use of plastic wrap we provide tubs suitable for food storage. We encourage recycling and composting.
The property is ideal for families with children, pets and extended families. The interior of the villa is spacious and there is room to spread out with 2 separate living rooms at either end of the property, or relax on the terrace, in the garden or by the pool. There is even desk space if needed.
If you are not limited by school holidays, Spring and Autumn are also good times to stay and have their own attractions.
There is so much to see and do in the surrounding area. Uzès is a very attractive mediaeval town with a twice weekly market, narrow streets to wander around and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The historic centre of St Siffret is well worth a wander- we even have a troglodyte home and the narrow mediaeval streets are full of interest. A visit to the famous Pont du Gard , a 15 minute drive away is a must. You can arrive by car or by kayak from the nearby village of Collias when you will be able to paddle under the bridge and swim in the river.
We are also in easy reach of Avignon, Nimes, Arles and The Camargue.
