Set in the best neighborhood of Cesme in the heart of Alacati. Situated on a quiet street close to all the great cafes, restaurants and beaches.
The entire Villa! Private Pool/Garden, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances.
Check in window: 8 AM- 10 PM ( If you plan on checking in before/after that time frame, an additional 50USD fee will be paid upon check in.)
We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors. When leaving the house please keep doors&windows locked and all electronic devices turned off.
Penalties for Violations
-Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
-Lost keys incur a surcharge of 35USD
-Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 70USD
Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
-A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
-Airport transfers are available at an additional cost

By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information for ALL GUESTS before check in.
