The villa spans two levels and includes an annex, making it a spacious choice for families or groups. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a bright and inviting living area featuring cozy armchairs, a coffee table, and a dining area that opens directly onto a covered veranda with an additional dining table. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle, ensuring a seamless self-catering experience.

The ground floor houses two elegant bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, TV, and nightstands, providing a peaceful retreat. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub. A staircase in the living area leads to the upper level, which boasts a panoramic terrace with stunning sea views and a cozy reading corner with a sofa. The third bedroom, located in the annex with a private entrance, offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy for its occupants.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Settefrati are truly exceptional. Guests can relax in the expansive garden, enjoy alfresco dining, or lounge by the private pool, surrounded by deck chairs and lush greenery. The villa also offers modern amenities, including air conditioning throughout, independent heating for cooler days, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The swimming pool is available for use from May 15th to September 30th. Please note that electricity consumption exceeding 200 kWh per week will incur an additional charge of EUR 1 per kWh.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of EUR 300 is required, along with a final cleaning fee of EUR 400. Guests should also be aware that a tourist tax may be applicable based on local regulations, which will need to be paid either on arrival or shortly before.
