Casa Antica is unique holiday villa with a private pool that speaks of history and local heritage. Built in the 19th century and reconstructed in 2012, this villa is an example of traditional Mani and modern architecture.
The villa welcomes with an old wooden gate opening to a courtyard and leading to the top floor. On the top floor the villa has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a separate dining area. On the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor terrace called "liakoto", offering beautiful views to the sea and the settlement. The Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the middle level and there are two Double Bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the ground level. Massive stone walls and visual contact between the different levels are unique characteristics of Casa Antica.
Casa Antica is located in a picturesque settlement next to a miniature Byzantine church. Outdoors the villa has a covered pergola with a dining area equipped with a traditional oven and citrus garden next to the private swimming pool. The villa is only 1,5 km away from seaside Stoupa village with amazing Kalogria beach and traditional Greek taverns.
The villa was designed by awarded architects office 3harchitects and was awarded with the first prize in category "Best Built Project in Greece" by ΔΟΜΕΣ Awards.
