Normal occupancy includes up to six people including children, toddlers or babies.
The Mediterranean villa is equipped with flat panel TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous patio area, WiFi, extended TV package, charcoal brick oven, gas barbecue grill, beach items, inflatable toys, washer & dryer, and much more.
Without having to cross any major streets, there's a Publix shopping plaza with a number of shopping & dining options, banks, fitness, located literally within 5-7min walking.
The home is located in the heart of South Sarasota and getting on & off Siesta Key is very convenient and quick.
We can also provide assistance with water sports, boat rentals, fishing, bicycle rentals, local event tickets, etc., assuring preferential rates for our guests through a vast network of affiliate businesses we've built over the last 12 years.

Please keep in mind that owners charge a
$25/night pool/spa fee for the full duration of your stay, no partial requests please. You will receive an email or a text message with a link to an invoice, which is separate from all other Airbnb charges. Pool/spa heater fee is not negotiable in an effort to offset astronomical power bill.
Parties over 6 (adult or child) & up to 10 will be assessed an extra occupancy fee of $29/person/night. For example: A party of 8 staying 4 nights will be assessed additional 2ppl X $29 X 4 nights = 2X29X4 = $232
Most pets are welcome. Please be specific about type of pet, breed and weight. Owners charge a $95 pet fee per booking and will use their discretion for final approval. Pets aren't allowed on furniture, inside pool or jacuzzi. Please clean after your pet as additional pet cleaning fees will be assessed up to $1500 depending on how severe the damages, stains, etc. may be.
Please be advised that the villa has
a 24 hour outdoor surveillance system for no soliciting and guest safety purposes.
This is a brand new home; however it is a very charming Mediterranean style villa. Please do not expect everything to be in immaculate shape. Owners make sure everything is functional but you may run into issues here and there just like at your own home. We will do our best, as always, to make sure issues, if any, are addressed properly and in a timely manner (some things can take overnight or longer but most are addressed immediately or same day).
Please do not expect a hotel experience and if there are little items you might need such as soap, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, etc., please go ahead and supply them yourself (owners will reimburse up to $15 upon submitting a purchase receipt).
We assure you will have a very private and ambient experience and will do our best to make you as comfortable as possible.
Please be respectful to owners' space and belongings.
Sarasota offers a very safe & convenient bus transportation system.
Uber, Lyft, or regular Taxi are great alternatives to public transportation. Siesta Key offers free rides from any point on the island to any point on the island (tip based).
We can arrange FREE transportation to & from Siesta Key (tip based) if you let us know about one week in advance.
