The space
The luxury villa "Thara Villa Phuket" is in Baan Thai Surin Gardens is an oasis of comfort, beauty, and harmony on the paradise island of Phuket. This villa has three well-appointed bedrooms with luxuriously designed en-suite bathrooms and a fully equipped western-style kitchen. It has its own private swimming pool and a lovely garden with a sala for relaxation and outdoor dining.

It comes fully furnished with contemporary Thai-tropical-style furniture. The internal area of the villa is 450 sq m and has a total area of 770 sq m.
There is a large TV in the cozy living room with a sofa and a view of the pool. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. The villa also has a maid's room with a washing machine and dryer. All three bedrooms have king-size beds and are equipped with air conditioning and fans. In the bedrooms and the living room, there is a smart speaker or smart device so that you can open the lights and AC by voice control.

Outside, in a large green garden, there is your private mineral water pool system with a 12x5-meter area. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, a living room with outdoor dining, and a koi fishpond.

Other things to note
HELP US CONSERVE ENERGY
Electricity usage of 80 kw/day is included, an extra usage will be charged 7 baht per kw. Water usage is included. We will record meter usage at check-in and check-out. So, please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not using them.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 3,000 THB or 100USD shall be paid on check-in hereof as a Security Guarantee for the utilities and any damage and/or loss inside the Villa

LOCATION
very short 8 minutes by walk to Surin Beach, arguably the best beach on the west coast of Phuket and certainly one of the most stunning locations in all of Phuket. We are approx. 35 mins from Phuket airport and 25 mins from Patong. The perfect location to ensure that your beach holiday is relaxing yet close enough to other attractions on the island.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
Guests should assume that check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 11 am, unless otherwise agreed. Check in and checkout times are usually flexible, but this is not guaranteed, so please ask in advance

PARKING
Covered parking for Two vehicle.

KITCHEN
The kitchens are fully equipped and ready for use. Please ensure all equipment is left clean.

SWIMMING POOL
The mineral water pool system size is 12 x 5 meters with a depth of 1 to 1.5 meters. At night, there is an LED light that you can change the color to whatever you prefer.

CLEANING
Please be informed that we have an in-house maid. She will work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and she can help with laundry and cook simple Thai food for you.

COMPLIMENTARY
We provide four bicycles in the covered parking lot of the villa, so you can ride to Surin Beach and buy some food at a 7/11, restaurant, or mini-Tesco Lotus Fresh Mart nearby.

SERVICES
In order for guests to feel welcome and comfortable, we also provide some extra services below:
- Car rental can be arranged.
- Transfer pick-up from the airport can be arranged. Please inform us in advance with details of your arrival flight, domestic or international. The transfer fare is THB 1200/way for the car with 4–9 seats.
- Thai Chef for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service can be arranged with a cost.
- We have contact with travel tours, restaurants, beach clubs, golf, private charters, spas and car rental.
- In-house massage, pedicure, and manicure can be arranged with a cost.
- Cleaning service and laundry service are available at a cost.
