On the ground floor the large living room welcomes you with its comfortable sofas, TV area and a beautiful dining table. The kitchen is in a separate room, overlooking the spacious terrace, equipped with sun loungers and tables, which is comfortable for outdoor dinners during the beautiful summer evenings. On rainy days you can then relax in the lovely glass-enclosed porch.
On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with bath, while on the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
Outside, there is a lovely swimming pool and a sunbathing area with sunbeds, where you can spend your well-deserved moments of relaxation and fun with family and friends.
Located in the municipality of Montemaggiore, it is situated just one kilometer from the small town of Montemaggiore del Metauro and in about 20 minutes you can reach the city of Fano and the Adriatic sea, where you can spend unforgettable summer evenings in the promenade full of restaurants, ice cream shops, music venues, and where one can take part in the many events and festivals taking place every week.
There are also many other villages to visit in the surrounding area of the house, from Mondavio to Corinaldo, from Fossombrone to Urbino, that will help you discover the history and traditions of this area.
Wine and gourmet lovers should make a stop in one of the many cellars and wineries that are located a few kilometers from the house. Wines like Bianchello, as well as local cheeses and salami are a real must.
