Elegance and opulence greet you at the door of this spectacular three bedroom plus maids quarters Villa in Damac Hills. With floor to ceiling windows making the most of the sunny weather in Dubai and elegant furnishings in rich colours and luxe fabrics, you will love making this your base on your upcoming stay in Dubai. Featuring a chefs kitchen with every appliance you may need whilst you're away, you will enjoy making your daily meals here and then enjoying them on the formal dining table for six. The stylish living area features two jade green sofas which make the perfect place to relax and unwind in front of your big screen smart TV at the end of a busy day exploring. The living room flows out to your outside area, with artificial grass and a lovely seating area to drink your morning coffee on and plan your day. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms, all with en suites and large Queen Beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft. The en suites are extravagant with Italian marble and all have Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities. The Villa also has shaded parking for two cars.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
