The 150sqm villa is composed of a large living / sitting room with fireplace, master bedroom, private bathroom and walk-in closet. In the left wing there is a double bedroom with a fireplace, a small bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom, a kitchen, two hallways, a back kitchen and a veranda with a characteristic nuraghe-style barbeque. At the entrance of the villa, a covered veranda facing east with a characteristic Sardinian view. Air conditioners throughout the home and ceiling-mounted fans. The well-kept garden of about 1000sqm surrounds the house, inside there is an outbuilding / loft of about 50 square meters with bathroom, double bed and kitchen. The property is located inside the village "La Liccia", but in a secluded and reserved position which is accessed along a private driveway equipped with electric bar and bounded entirely by stone walls of the place.
