First floor:
Here you will find a spacious and cozy living-dining room with a fireplace and a sitting area. There is a large kitchen with modern equipment. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and a bathroom with shower.
Second floor:
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90cm x 190cm), one of which has access to the terrace, which offers a fantastic view over the wide fields. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Outdoor area:
By the pool there is a covered terrace with a large wooden table and a brick barbecue. There is also an outdoor kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and TV for warm summer evenings. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower.
Pool:
12 m x 4.50 m, depth: 90 cm - 190 cm, stair access, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). Air conditioning is free of charge during the night and costs €15 during the day. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.
