ACCOMMODATION.

The house is officially registered in the Balearic Government as Vacation Rental Housing. Code ETV / 6285.
The situation of the house is spectacular.
On the covered terrace of 50 square meters you can enjoy the sea view, sunsets.
It is a pleasure to have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace, the colors of the sea change every hour.

HOW TO ARRIVE AND DISPLACE.

Sa Pedra de s'Ase is 1.5 km from the village of Banyalbufar and about 35 'drive from Palma.
