The house is officially registered in the Balearic Government as Vacation Rental Housing. Code ETV / 6285.

On the covered terrace of 50 square meters you can enjoy the sea view, sunsets.
It is a pleasure to have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace, the colors of the sea change every hour.
The house has satellite TV with more than 300 channels in German, English etc and TV Movistar Plus with series, movies, in different languages with about 100 channels from different countries and also sports.
The kitchen is equipped, cooker / oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. It overlooks the sea and is connected to the covered terrace.

HOW TO ARRIVE AND DISPLACE.
Sa Pedra de s'Ase is 1.5 km from the village of Banyalbufar and about 35 'drive from Palma.
It is necessary to use a car to move around. CAR, IMPORTANT. The road is narrow with three sharp curves and unevenness. It is advisable to rent a small car: Volkswagen Polo, Renault Clio, Fiat Panda 4 x 4 Climbing. Experienced drivers are required.
