On the first floor of the villa is the spacious, newly built living room with WiFi, air conditioning, sofa area and dining area. A flexible window front on rails along the entire length provides an unobstructed view of the sea and the green surroundings. In summer, the glass elements can be fully opened to guarantee pleasant air circulation. A second flexible glass wall provides a view of the pool’s refreshing infinity water feature, made possible by an opening in the pool wall. Next to it is a new shower room. A few steps lead to the modern kitchen (dishwasher) with dining counter, a second, recently renovated bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, closet and outside access. The ground floor also offers space for a bedroom with a double bed and a recently renovated shower room.
In the slightly elevated second living room, you can sit on the couch and enjoy the fantastic view of the harbor and the Capo Carbonara peninsula behind it. The upper floor offers space for two bedrooms with double beds (air conditioning), a new shower room and a sun terrace with wonderful views of the pool and the sea of Sardinia. The pool is surrounded by a furnished sun terrace and large awnings provide pleasant shade. The washing machine is located in a separate room behind the house. There is also a small garden with ornamental flowers and a few fruit trees behind the villa. What an extraordinary location!
We ask for the electricity and the rental of bed linen and towels separately. If the occupancy is more than one week, cleaning is mandatory.
