In front of the villa lies the beautiful swimming pool of no less than 12 by 6 meters. It is equipped with a Roman staircase, making it pleasant to enter and exit. There is also a comfortable pool house equipped with a refrigerator and wifi. As pool heating is available, swimming in the early and late season is much more attractive. On the adjacent sun terrace, there are plenty of sunbeds for you, and of course, you can also dine in the garden; a comfortable garden set and a parasol are at your disposal. As you walk across the lawn, you will see a second terrace by the villa where the view is possibly even more beautiful.
The living/dining room with a fireplace is cozy and carefully furnished with a dining table for at least 8 people and a large LED TV (50 inches) with satellite dish (Netflix & Chromecast). Super-fast Fiber wifi internet is available.
The Provençal blue kitchen with access to the terrace is very well and completely equipped.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with French doors to the garden and an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate toilet.
On the first floor are 3 more bedrooms, including a children's room for 2 children. This can be accessed through the master bedroom and they share a bathroom. The last bedroom enjoys a beautiful view of the city of Grasse and also has an en-suite bathroom. On this floor, there is again a separate toilet.
