The space
A large comfortable open plan lounge/diner is the central space on the first level. Sliding patio doors allow access to the rear terrace and separate coal barbecue area. The terrace, with retractable awning, provides a great setting all day for al fresco dining, from relaxing breakfasts to enjoying late evening drinks at sunset. The kitchen is located directly off the lounge/diner. There are two comfortable bedrooms on the first level, one with patio door access to the rear garden. There is also a four piece bathroom and separate cloakroom (WC) which houses a washing machine. Double gates and steps lead to the lower pool (10m x 5m) level where you will find loungers, chairs, tables, and sun shades to relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a separate two piece WC and open shower for convenience and avoid unnecessary trips through the house. There are ample power sockets provided outside for electronic devices. The lower garden below the pool area is not for guests use.
Guest access
The property and external areas are split over four levels. All levels are separated and accessed by stairs. The property has security gates to the front aspect and is entirely enclosed with walls and fences with the pool area also fenced and gated, providing a safe environment for families with young children. There is also a child safety gate for stairs in the house if required. It is not recommended that small children access the roof terrace.
Other things to note
The property has implemented certain practices to assist in the management of waste water.
