Villa Tereu is contemporary design villa located in pretty countryside a couple of kilometres from old Pollença town. Work up an appetite on the 20-25 walk into town and then be spoiled for choice for a meal with a number of excellent restaurants offering mouthwatering dishes. If you prefer to stay at the villa, simply pop down to town and stock up on your favourite produce then head back to the villa where you will find all the facilities to enable fantastic home cooked meals with a dedicated indoor grill area and dining space in addition to the main kitchen. There are a range of local footpaths, cycle routes and Pollença golf club, just a few kilometres down the road. Puerto Pollença is only 10 minutes’ drive drive and is a popular family choice with its marina, promenade and long sandy beach and should you venture a couple of kilometres further you can enjoy the sheltered coves and turquoise water of Cala San Vicente. In most cars it is electronic. To reset most of these models you need to press the button once to reach the day reading and then press and hold until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero. The road network in Mallorca is often being updated therefore the road numbers on signposts may not correspond to those on maps. Where this is the case, we have tried to use landmarks as much as possible. Please take care driving on these roads and remember to drive on the right-hand side! 1. From the multi-storey car park follow the blue signs for Palma. Join the motorway in the direction of Palma. 2. Take the 2nd exit off this motorway, sign posted as Es Coll / Ma 30 / Inca. 3. Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout, leaving a large Shopping Mall (FAN), on your right. 4. At the next roundabout go straight ahead, following white signs to Inca. 5. You are now on the Ma30, following signs to INCA, continue for approximately 7.3 km. 6. As you pass the second Shopping Mall (Al Campo) on your right, bear to the right, following signs to INCA/ALCUDIA, and you will filter onto the Ma13 motorway, heading north from Palma to Port d’Alcúdia. Stay on this road until Junction 40. (Approximately 35kms) 7. At Junction 40, signposted Pollença/Sa Pobla, leave the motorway and at the roundabout, take the exit for Pollença. Reset your odometer to zero and follow signs to Pollença. 8. 9.7km You will see a turning for Pollença (filter lane on left). Take this turning and head into Pollença. 9. After 300 meters turn left. Car park on your left. 10. At the end of the road turn left, the road comes to a folk. You will see a stone cross in centre of folk. Take the righthand folk. There is a wooden tourist board on your right and a wooden sign saying Cami de Can Bosc. 11. Continue along this road for 1km. Take the left turn will see a Simpson Travel sign on corner of mesh fence. 12. Villa Tereu is the first villa on your right. Grey gates with an olive tree on each side. Welcome to Villa Tereu
