About the Property.
This magnificent Finca has been carefully restored to preserve its original character while being thoughtfully modernized, transforming it from a country house into a year-round finca for guests.
Following a comprehensive renovation that preserved the property's original charm and architectural features, the interiors have been meticulously updated to the highest standards. Each living space has been tastefully designed, blending traditional and modern elements. While the artwork, carefully chosen from the owner's private collection, includes some remarkable contemporary pieces.
The home is set amidst 5 hectares of stunning Mediterranean landscaping, featuring olive groves, palm and almond trees, cacti, vibrant flowers, and Bougainvillea, along with a private woodland of maritime pines offering sea views (at the top). The garden includes several shaded areas ideal for relaxation on warm summer days, a private heated pool, a petanque court and a fully equipped poolside bar.
The property has been in the current owners' family for generations and is the oldest Finca in the area. It holds a "certificado de antiguidad" (certificate of ancientness) granted by the city municipality. Additionally, the estate is located within the "Serra de Tramuntana," Mallorca's renowned mountain range, which was recently designated a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The Layout.
The finca offers approximately 450 square meters of living space across two floors, featuring 6 bedrooms and 7 ½ bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Additionally, two extra Twin beds can be added upon request.
It consists of two main buildings facing each other, connected by a smaller central building at the back.
- The central building that links the two main structures includes a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen, completely renovated in early 2017, features a large wooden table that seats up to 12 guests.
- A beautiful courtyard, entirely crafted from local stone, separates the two main buildings. On the ground floor, the first building features a cozy living room with a fireplace that opens onto the courtyard dining area. It also features a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with a bathtub and separate shower), a second living room with a large sofa, a bathroom with a shower, and a smaller, fully equipped kitchen that leads to a spacious terrace with a dining table that seats up to 14 guests. On the first floor, there is an additional twin bedroom, which can always be configured as a king, with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
- The second building features an entrance hall on the ground floor that leads to a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with shower) on the right and a TV room on the left, which connects to the main kitchen. A powder room is also located on this floor. Upstairs, there are two king bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (with shower), along with a twin bedroom (which can be configured as a king) that has its own separate private bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms, along with the kitchen and dining area, are equipped with air conditioning.
The Pool.
The property’s private overflow-style saltwater pool, completed in early 2017, is beautifully finished with Italian mosaic tiles and features a heating system, allowing it to be heated upon request. The pool area is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas and a fantastic poolside bar. The pool measures 12.5 meters in length by 4 meters in width (41 x 13.2 feet).
The Location.
The property is conveniently located just 2.7 km (1.7 miles) from the exclusive Port D’Andratx, often regarded as the most beautiful village in Mallorca and one of the most picturesque harbors in the Mediterranean. It takes just 3 to 4 minutes by car or around 20 minutes on foot to reach the port, which offers a variety of excellent restaurants, shops, supermarkets, watersports, yacht rentals, and a lively nightlife scene.
The historic town of Andratx, only 2.5 km away, is known for its modern art galleries and is home to one of the most challenging 18-hole golf courses in the Mediterranean. Nearby, you’ll find several beach clubs and some of the island’s most stunning beaches, including San Telmo and Camp de Mar.
The property is ideally situated for daily excursions, hiking, horseback riding, and cycling tours. Palma de Mallorca International Airport is just a 30-minute drive from the finca.

Places to Visit/things to do in the Area.
With over 250 beaches, Mallorca’s beautiful sea is ready to be explored, from sandy beaches with facilities to go to with family and children to secluded coves only reachable by boat. And, like on all islands, depending on which direction the wind is blowing, there is always the perfect beach to go to. On this side of the island, just to name a few beaches that are definitely worth visiting, are Palma Nova, San Telmo, Camp de Mar, Playa de Santa Ponsa.
Mallorca is great for sports. Nature lovers can explore numerous hiking paths throughout the countryside as well as cycling routes of all levels of difficulty (Olympic-level cyclists come to Mallorca to train). There are 2 mountain ranges, with summits over 1,000 meters and never-ending hiking trails, with lots of mountain guided tours available, especially on the imposing Serra de Tramuntana.
Port d’Andratx, with its beach and mountain setting, is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca and one of the loveliest harbors in the Mediterranean. It is a stylish port, with a well-maintained and equipped yacht club offering more than 450 berths. Although it has many restaurants to suit the yachting set, Port d’Andratx is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside one of the many cafés and bars watching the bustle of daily maritime life.
The resort of Port Andratx was mostly built from the mid-20th century, growing around the existing fishing port. Nowadays, it consists largely of an international mix of residents, holiday home owners and a few locals. There is a main strip of shopping along the beachfront and a huddle of back-street shops in the steeply rising hills that surround the town.
Nestled in a natural bay, the port of Andratx offers amazing views on the surrounding hills and the crystal clear water of the sea. With its fantastic restaurants, glamorous bars and exclusive boutiques it is the perfect place for a drink at sunset, a delicious dinner on the port or a walk to see the many private yachts that berth here in the summer.
At the local marina it is possible to easily rent boats for the day, to explore the beautiful southern coast from the sea.
Antratx is an ancient Mallorcan town. With its old buildings and narrow streets, it is one of the most authentic places on the island and home to a renowned modern art gallery. There is a great local market every Wednesday morning, where you can find delicious fresh products cultivated in the surrounding countryside, such as almonds, oranges, olives, grapes etc.
Mallorca hosts a wide variety of courses for golf players. Just 2.8 miles away from the finca, in the direction of Palma, in the resort of Camp de Mar, a beautiful 18-hole course is considered one of Europe’s most challenging courses. Completing this amazing golf club is a high quality Italian restaurant.
Palma, located 19 miles from the finca, is the capital of Mallorca and offers a wealth of attractions and activities. The city is rich in art galleries, historic monuments, and vibrant neighborhoods with excellent dining options. A must-see is the stunning 14th-century cathedral, La Seu, renowned for its Gothic architecture and one of the most impressive in Europe. Wander through the narrow streets of the historic Casco Antiguo neighborhood, and visit the Bishop’s Garden and the Banys Arabs, ancient Arab baths.
In the heart of Palma, you'll find numerous restaurants, lively bars with nightly live music, and unique spots like Abaco, a world-famous decadent bar. The Placa de Olivar features a picturesque market with a variety of fresh produce and delicious local food. Additionally, the Sineu market, held every Wednesday morning, is worth a visit. Don't miss the Bellver Castle, a royal fortress surrounded by pine woods with panoramic views of Palma.
