The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency has two charming, air-conditioned semi-detached houses with swimming pools for rent in Istres. They measure 250 m² and can accommodate up to 12 people. They have two attractive 70 m² living rooms (with fireplace), two fully equipped kitchens, five bedrooms, six bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 5,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140×190)
- Three bathrooms with bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (unheated, open from May to September) measuring 11mx6m and 0 to 1.5 m deep.
