This Florida Keys style 3-story beach house was built for the lover of outdoors!
Big wrap-around deck, all windows, breath-taking views and balconies off your bedroom.
Private luxury bathroom with huge shower, bathtub with a million dollar view and privacy overlooking a preserve. Steps from Kava Culture & Buddah Blends, enjoy organic coffee, kava, tea, smoothie bowls, breakfast lunch and late night snacks.
~ On the weekend catch live music~ island style, and meet locals!
The space
With a boat dock off the back, bring your fishing rods and maybe even your boat!
There is so much to do here.
Start off by Kayaking through the preserve on the 2 complimentary kayaks!
Chill in the hammock, read a book on your huge private patio. Bike ride to the beach (1.5 miles away), go mini-golfing down the street or socialize with the locals at Kava Culture next door for their famous open mic nights and listen to some of the best local artists.
Private Master bedroom overlooks the canal with a queen bed, it includes access to loft area with full bed and single bed ~ must use ladder to get to. Great for children, teens or those young at heart!
Other bedroom features a queen bed, with access to a small sitting loft ~must use ladder. It is also on the third floor and has gorgeous views of the tops of palm trees and sailboats in the back bay!

Guests have access to support from 9am to midnight from the employees at the Neighboring Kava Bar!
Other things to note
This is a party-free house, if you want that just cruise downstairs for a kava cocktail or walk down to Bayside Sports Bar for a drink. Try to make it a friendly atmosphere and everybody respects their own space.
This is a super unique and amazing property. We love it here and want others who appreciate its uniqueness. The walls between bedrooms are thin and it was designed as a communal beach chalet. People who want privacy from their house mates will probably want to look elsewhere.
