Description

If you're looking for the perfect country escape, Nightcap Cottage may just be what you're looking for. Its location is very special, with one of the most gorgeous hinterland views in the area. Come and stay and you'll soon understand why many guests come back again & again.
This charming fully self-contained cottage sits at the very edge of the village of Eureka in the heart of Byron Bay's beautiful hinterland. Named for its view towards the wooded hills of Nightcap National Park, the cottage has a wide covered deck which will be a spot you won't want to leave!

The cottage is just the perfect size for a couple, but will sleep up to four: the main bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen bed. (If you have very young children, please be aware that there are two flights of steps from the deck, neither of which has a gate). There is a comfy living room with TV, DVD with selection of DVDs for all ages & sound system. Large sliding glass doors open to a wide deck which wraps round two sides of the cottage, where a BBQ is provided for your al fresco meals. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area, and heaters & electric blankets for the cooler months. (The bathroom has a shower).

Your well-behaved small canine companion is welcome! (Strict conditions apply: mainly that you are never to leave your dog alone in the cottage).

The cottage is supplied with tea, coffee & milk and some pantry essentials.

THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.

Locality

The tiny sleepy village of Eureka sits in the heart of the beautiful hinterland of Byron Bay. It enjoys a feeling of being far away from the rest of the world, yet it is only:

Federal also has the well-loved Doma Cafe, open every day for breakfast or lunch, and a fabulous coffee roastery. Clunes also has a great little cafe and a locally renowned butcher.

* a 10 min drive to the wonderful village of Bangalow with its abundance of great restaurants, cafes and shops

* a 25 min drive to the Byron Bay with all its diverse attractions

* a 30 minute drive from Lismore airport and 45 minutes drive from Coolangatta Airport

The wonderful natural & scenic attractions of the area are all within a short drive.

From the Guest Book

"I really think this little cottage is a gem - made all the more special by your personal care."
"The views are beautiful from Nightcap Cottage and the accommodation was ideal for our 3 night stay. The owners really value their guests, as demonstrated through prompt and courteous communication and thoughtful touches in the cottage - such as flowers, local food treats and fresh fruit. We are hosts ourselves and know the importance of comfortable beds - we had great nights' sleep in a very comfy king bed with quality linen. Thanks Susie and Mick for sharing your delightful cottage and this beautiful area!"
