Located in a peaceful environment, this property offers a stunning outdoor kitchen near the pool, a superb fenced and shaded garden and a comfortable veranda. This house was recently restored, and offers a view on the Ardèche mountains and the Vercors. The very cosy living room opens on a nice dining room and the veranda. This wonderful holiday home is ideally located in the Rhône valley, famous for its Côtes du Rhône wines. You will love walking around Montélimar, 5 km away, and along the Provence alleys which shelter different types of animals. 4 km away, golfers will enjoy the Valdain Golf course. This magnificent area, between the wild lanscapes of the Ardèche and the Baronnies Regional Park, with its soft green hills, seems perfect for a holiday. Discover “l’Enclave des Papes”, Dieulefit, with its potters, the Saou forest, the 3 beaks mountain and its climbing site. In Grignan, visit the splendid Renaissance castle where the Marquise de Sévigné used to live. You will love the hilltop villages of Mirmande, Poët Laval, Marsanne, La Garde d’Adhemar or Cliousclat and their paved narrow roads, their Provence markets, their local products and their delicious bistrots. Caretakers live behind the house and have an independent access. They discretely take care of the pool and the garden.
