COMFORTABLY COZY best describes our family’s beach house. Just a short walk to the ocean and it is equipped with everything you will need. Spend your days and nights relaxing, making memories, and enjoying your vacation!

Our "beachy" decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is newly renovated, fresh paint inside and out, new curtains, fully furnished and very clean! Our house can accommodate from 6-8 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed, there is a queen and full sofa bed, and a full size futon. The living room is spacious and there’s is a fully equipped full size kitchen with a separate dining room. The living room and each bedroom include cable television. WIFI is also included. A standard size washer and dryer are located inside the house for your use. One of the BEST FEATURES of our home is the BIG FRONT PORCH that offers a secured extra space for kids to play and a great space for breezy catnaps for the “big kids” as well!

Fabulous Location/Amenities:
Our home faces the North side of Ocean Lakes Resort. It is a wonderful treat to sit on our big front porch and watch the sunsets and fireworks each night. Very relaxing for adults and extra exciting for the kids!

Our property is located at 5220 Sandlapper Drive, Ocean Lakes, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The home is located on a wide street and there is parking for up to three vehicles on site. You will be able to easily access the site through the Main Gate which is a big plus because the traffic can get very hectic.

Cleaning Rules: There is a $125 cleaning fee.

Linens/Supplies: You may opt to rent linens for an additional $50. Please note that the linen rentals do not include beach towels.

Pets: We are not currently accepting rentals with pets.

Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated, and constantly patrolled community. All guests must abide by Ocean Lakes rules and regulations. Please review the Ocean Lakes website and this properties amenities to see all of the wonderful things to do inside of the resort, including a huge water park. All of this and so much more is included in the price of your vacation rental.

SATURDAY to SATURDAY rental during peak season. Please feel free to email the owner for special rates and discounts! Please note, you are required to purchase a daily parking pass from Ocean Lakes for each vehicle that you bring with you. Parking passes are $10.00 per day when purchased early, $12.00 on the day of check in. If you notify the owner, at minimum, 30 days prior to arrival, parking passes can be authorized and you can order them immediately to have express check-in. This allows you to skip the long lines and drive straight to the rental, which is ideal for those who wish to have a contactless check-in.
