Reef At The Arbors

Description

The Reef is a one story free standing Beach Cottage nestled just 15-20 steps to the sand. It boasts beachy decor and has beautiful original wooden ceilings and built ins. The Reef has two bedrooms and one bath. First bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Close to your cottage is our beautiful heated/chilled pool with waterfall feature and paver pathway that leads to our private beach area and grilling area with two shared grills.

The Arbors resort has four separate cottages, five total and has a heated and chilled pool, outdoor dining table for each cottage, towel stands for your beach and swim gear, shared free onsite laundry, shuffleboards, private beach front area, two shared gas grills and mature lush landscape truly giving a unique vacation experience. We have frequent guests who come with extended family to celebrate anniversaries, weddings, family reunions and holidays. Guests can stay in separate cottages but share the outdoor living spaces. Some large groups prefer to rent the entire complex under "Arbors Seaside Cottages Complex"- this way it can sleep up to thirty guests.

*Pet policy* We can accept 1 small dog that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental with paid non refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

It is conveniently located across from Rick Daddy's Eatin' Fresh, VIP Mexican (previously Aqua Prime) You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Slyce Pizza Bar, Jimmy Guana's, Sweet shop, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Ready Set Yo and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart there's a small waterpark located close.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
