This detached villa is located in the Drents-Friese Forest nature reserve on a large forest plot of over 2000 m². Ideal for relaxing holidays with family and/or friends. The immediate surroundings are ideal for making beautiful walks and cycling trips. The Drents-Friese Forest nature reserve is home to the largest shifting sands area in the Netherlands with beautiful cycle paths. The Vlinderparadijs (butterfly paradise) and a golf course can be found in the village of Havelte, situated further away. Also nearby is the village of Diever, known for its 'Shakespeare' performances. A visit to Emmen Zoo or the dolmen in Diever is also worthwhile. This special holiday villa is comfortably and colourfully furnished. You will enjoy all the space and luxury in the atmospheric living room with a complete open kitchen. The villa has a modern, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and double washbasins. Around the house is a spacious garden with cosy seats and a beautiful swimming pool that is heated from April to November (closed from Nov-Feb). On the cosy, Ibiza-style covered terrace you can relax by the outdoor fireplace. The pool is a pleasant addition to the house that you can enjoy for cooling off. But it is not a swimming paradise where you can frolic and romp around in haha. This villa is not suitable for families with children under 12.

• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 12 years of age. The lessor does not accept bookings for families with small children
• The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner
• Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time.
• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
