Description
This beautiful Muskoka cottage is the ideal four season retreat. Our 3 + 1 cottage is located on beautiful Fawn Lake. With calmer waters, Fawn Lake is perfect for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, SUP, fishing or just enjoy the view from a 16x16 foot dock. Open concept kitchen & living area with 3 large bedrooms and a large entertainment space in the basement and 2 full baths (sleeps 6).
Open concept kitchen and living room space ideal for entertaining; oversized master bedroom with king size bed, 6 piece en suite bathroom, and sitting area; 2 comfortable bedrooms and an additional private space in the basement for additional guests.
We provide all linens, bedding, and towels.
- Weekly Rentals starting June 25 - Sep 3 (Fri-Fri).
- Stat and Holiday Weekends require a 3 night minimum.
- Optional Early Arrival and Late Checkout will be confirmed a few days before arrival.
The beach is located across the road from the cottage, 100 sq ft of sandy beachfront offers incredible lake views, and a cozy furnished gazebo.
Summer Activities:
- Relax and unwind by the beach and take in the beautiful Fawn Lake
- All non-motorized equipment is provided, such as Kayak, Paddle Boat, Canoe, Stand Up Paddle Board, etc.
- Fishing on Fawn Lake, known for Bass and Pike.
- Hiking in the Neighbourhood or visit Ontario Trails Map for trails nearby (ontariotrailsmap.com)
- Visit Bracebridge, Huntsville, or Gravenhurst for the best that Muskoka has to offer - Boat on Fawn Lake, using one of our non-motorized equipment provided or bring your own boat. A public boat launch just a few meters down the street.
- Enjoy some golf nearby; North Granite Ridge Golf Club, Bracebridge Golf Club and Driving Range, Taboo Muskoka Golf Course, Muskoka Highlands Golf Links, etc.
Winter Activities:
- Cross Country Skiing (Muskoka region provides kilometers of trails)
