Very Beautiful Villa "the Perched Cat Of Grand'anse"

Description

Original and warm architect house located as close as possible to the beautiful Grand'Anse beach. This villa can accommodate 8 people but can also be suitable for a couple wishing to take advantage of the superb setting and the space widely open to the sea and the Piton Grand'Anse, an omnipresent panorama from the living rooms. You can admire the straw-tailed ballet and the sunset over the waves of the beach.
The beach can be reached in 7 minutes on foot, via a wooded path. The pretty Piton trail, very popular with walkers and joggers, is 2 minutes' walk away.
Attached to the hill by a stone wall, the upper part of the villa is in wood contains the large living room, the kitchen, a main covered terrace and an uncovered terrace.
The lower part (the original small house) includes the bedrooms and the water rooms:
- An independent bedroom separated by a patio, with a double bed, a sink and a toilet
- A bedroom with a "queen size" canopy bed overlooking an uncovered terrace
- A bedroom with a double bed overlooking this same terrace
- An alcove with a single bed 110x190
- A bathroom with Italian shower and 2 sinks
- A separate toilet
- A large laundry / dryer area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The furnishings and equipment are neat and of high quality.
The living room contains a large screen TV connected to fiber with more than 100 channels available.
The kitchen is well equipped with American fridge, traditional oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, senseo espresso machine, kettle, rice cook and pretty varied dishes.
Parking: car park which can contain 2 or 3 vehicles + closed cabin for bikes / motorbikes.
This house with stairs between the parking lot and the entrance / bedrooms and then between the bedrooms and living room / kitchen may not be suitable for people who have difficulty moving around.
Rental conditions: 7 nights minimum
Deposit: a check for 500 € not cashed will be requested upon delivery of the keys and returned at the end of the stay.
The house is not suitable for the organization of festivities.
