From the private beach located at the end of the terrace, you can go with one of the paddles and kayaks of the Villa to navigate the calm and turquoise waters of the Bay of Cul de Sac, and even sail to the Pinel islet located at 500 m.

With its 2 beach restaurants, its wild nature, its white sand and its shaded deckchairs, you can enjoy exceptional moments.

Back at the Villa, you will be able to take advantage of the absence of opposite to relax in complete privacy.

If you prefer to prepare your meals rather than using the services of a chef, you will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen to cook like at home, and of course the Villa's BBQ.

And if you wish, you can even have your groceries delivered to the Villa.

The Villa was completely rebuilt in 2021 with a lot of comfort and a very refined decoration.

You will have exclusive use of the entire Villa, its terrace with its private pool and deckchairs, and its private beach.

You will also have free access to the 2 paddles of the Villa allowing you to stroll in the calm and turquoise waters of the Bay of Cul de Sac, or to go to the Pinel island.

You will have reserved access to 2 parking spaces at the entrance of the Villa.

The Villa is rented with a minimum of 2 accessible bedrooms, which can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.

You can also rent it in 3 bedrooms for 5-6 adults and 2 children, or in 4 bedrooms for 7-8 adults and 2 children.

You will be greeted by our managerial couple Daphnée and Gilles who will be available to meet your requirements, help you organize your activities or even advise you or book a restaurant.

The Villa is located in the secure area of ​​Terrasses de Cul de Sac, just 5 minutes from Grand Case Airport and 30 minutes from Juliana International Airport.

The main attraction of the district is its position in the Bay of Cul de Sac, facing the Pinel islet which offers an exceptional panorama between sea and wild hills.

You can reach the Pinel islet with the Villa's paddle boards or the ferry boat.

Just behind Pinel islet is the wild island of Tintamarre, which you can easily reach by shuttle boat to go snorkeling turtles, have a picnic on the beach or explore the island on foot.

Depending on the season, you may have the chance to observe dolphines and whales.
