This property features a private backyard with its own sandy beach, and a deeded right of way to the Atlantic ocean beach, mere steps away across the street.Kayaks and paddle boards are provided so that you may enjoy water sports right from the backyard. Bicycles are also on property to encourage leisurely beachside rides.
