The space
Cozy cottage only 90 minutes from Toronto - 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Great swimming, sunset views (over the lake).

Your group can enjoy endless activities in the extra large 600 foot flat yard with private waterfront

View of the lake from the hottub, and screened in rooms to enjoy outside with a little more covering.

-propane for the barbecue ( we can’t guarantee the tanks will be full, however, they can also be refilled down the street)

Other things to note
Pets are welcome but we do add a $100 fee to cleaning to ensure that the next guests can enjoy the space and prevent any allergies. Please send a request first should you wish to bring up your furry friends.

We ask tenants to take their garbage with them, and ask that it is not left in the cottage. Bags are provided for your convenience.

The tap water is safe to drink and has a 100% potable score , we do however also have a water jug machine that you can use if preferred
