Welcome to 729 Spinnaker, the best of what Seabrook Island has to offer! We are steps away from the beach, golf, and club amenities. This private and newly remodeled villa can accommodate families, as well as couples, wanting to escape to a natural oasis.

Relax and enjoy the quiet, wildlife views from the floor to ceiling windows on the main floor, or the distant ocean views from the deck off of the master bedroom. The spacious master includes a king bed and full bathroom. For entertainment, there is a 50 in. television. The master also features a sliding glass door leading to a private porch that is perfect for an evening sunset view.

The expansive guest bedroom suite offers its own full bathroom, and private entrance to the front deck.

The spacious living room is undoubtedly the place where you and your guests will spend their free time after a long day exploring the island. There is a spacious living area, with places to relax and watch tv/movies on the 65 in television with many viewing options (cable & smart tv available). The couch in the living area pulls out to a queen size bed.

The open floor plan leads to the dining area, which seats 6, for family style dinners and gatherings to be held. The fully stocked kitchen will surely meet your needs, from hot or cold coffee options to stocked cabinets for your family chef’s cooking needs.

This villa is pet friendly! We love our furry friend, and want you to experience the island life with yours too! A pet fee will apply.

Whether you enjoy rounds of golf at either of the island’s two championship golf courses, or long beach days, you will want to end your day relaxing here.

Freshfields village is on your way in! Find all of your needs from grocery to retail shopping right outside the island, less than five miles away. Fine dining and local historic tours are a 24 mile drive away in downtown Charleston.

Amenity cards cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
