Villa Luciana Residence is situated just 10 minutes drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the villa and consists of two completely separated new apartments with a common large terrace
Pools and hot tubs are located above the accommodation with the separated entrance to pool area, which allow guests to communicate without direct contact to anyone.
Guests have Finnish Sauna and a steam bath at their disposal in agreement with the owner, 2 hours a day.
In 2020 villa is completely renovated.
*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 special attention is given to cleaning of the whole property.
The first apartment consists of a kitchen (large kitchen with island which is fully equipped: two refrigerators, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker ....) a dining room which is 29 square meters with a fireplace, separate living room, two bathrooms with showers and two bedrooms, one smaller with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The apartment has two air conditioners and the size is slightly larger than 100 square meters. The whole property is newly furnished and modernly equipped with Kare design furniture - Meblo trade. There is a large terrace in front of the apartment with separated external access and outdoor furniture ( table and chairs). Apartment sleeps 4 guests.
The second apartment consists of a dining/ living room and a fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with king size beds (one room has a bathroom with walk in shower and the other two share a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is newly equipped with the outdoor barbecue, table and chairs. There is a completely private entrance with direct communication through the terrace which is 28 meters long. Given the new situation with Covid -19, the apartments are rented as a one unit, for the complete safety of our guests.
This beautiful villa is located in the village of Buići, and is a part of Dubrovnik region. This house is the perfect getaway from the usual fast paced and overcrowded life.
The house is in the short proximity of the Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful towns in the world with rich history and culture. It is only 17 minutes ride from the villa. The closet supermarket is located 3,6 km. within 9 minute ride to you can also find bank, post office, ATM, beach and restaurants. If You want to use the ferry to visit one of the nearby islands there is a ferry port in Dubrovnik, located 12,3 km.
The nearest airport is located in Čilipi which is 13,1 km away or 20 minute ride.
