This is a timeshare property where I am an owner. Since you will be staying using my owner week, you are absolutely in no way obligated to take a tour of the property.
Due to the nature of the property, reservations must fall between Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday. Also, I have to check availability with Westgate before I can confirm your request.
Westgate requires a credit card at check-in to keep on file for incidentals, which may include a $50 hold on that card. If you do not have any incidentals, you will not be charged.
