This complex has 2 Brand New Homes and a big shared pool. Located in Guiones, 5-minute walk to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops and mini super!
You can rent 1 house or the 2 of them if you have bigger groups.
Each house has 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen.
Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed, A/C, bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 King Size Bed, A/C, bathroom
Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Size Beds, A/C, bathroom
The space
This is the only house in Guiones with a beautiful indoor garden giving a refreshing ventilation.
You can enjoy the pool waterfall view from the patio

Theft is a common problem in all of Central America, all electronics are targeted items. Be aware, Nosara has petty theft. Typically robberies occur during sunset/dinner time when the house is unoccupied. We recommend hiring a dinner time security guard if you plan to leave the house for dinner. Please let your Vacation Manager know and we can help arrange it for you.
The house is provided with electronic alarm security system.
