Villa Jomar is a lovely, spacious holiday Villa, located in Praia da Gale, Albufeira, only 5 min walk from the best golden sandy beaches. With sea views from the upper terrace, private swimming pool,ping pong table, residential area, this property is sure to be a great setting for a wonderful holiday.

This 4-bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor there is one double, en-suite bedroom with a balcony, a second en-suite bedroom and one twin en-suite bedroom with a large terrace offering with views. The ground floor has another twin en-suite bedroom.
Also located on the ground floor is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, sink, and all the utensils necessary to cook at home. The lounge/dining area with comfortable sofas and a large TV with international and Portuguese channels. The lovely outdoor terrace with swimming pool is accessed by sliding doors from the dining area, lounge and kitchen.

The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance and a larger gate leading to the driveway. The private swimming pool is located at the side of the property , receiving sunshine all day. From the kitchen and the pool terrace is a typical Algarvian brick built BBQ, table and chairs, great for entertaining friends and family with a meal alfresco.

All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short walk away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Gale, Lourenço are also just a few minutes walk .The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Pescadores beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 5-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred.
