Villa Mas Paz is situated in a quiet location in a quiet area of ​​Maçanet de la Selva, 20 minutes from Girona airport and the beaches of Blanes and Lloret de Mar.

Picturesque Tossa de Mar and the center of Girona can both be reached within 30 minutes. In addition, you can be in Barcelona within 1 hour. Villa Mas Paz has a lovely private swimming pool of 36m2 with a terrace with sun loungers and lounge set, all with a view of the beautiful hills, behind the house is a lovely terrace with barbecue. The surrounding rock walls make this a wonderful place to enjoy the long balmy Spanish evenings.

The house itself is on the ground floor with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite to a bedroom. A spacious living room with lots of light, a large dining table and a nice sitting area with TV, sofa bed and sliding doors to the balcony. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave with grill, dishwasher, washing machine, convection oven and hob with extractor. In addition, the coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster should not be missing. The kitchen gives access to the terrace at the rear of the house.
